I'm Cera, and I believe Ohio families deserve more than a generic nanny placement service.

After 22 years in early childhood education, I've learned what truly helps children thrive and what doesn't. My experience spans roles as a nanny, teacher, preschool consultant, educator coach, and preschool director, giving me a unique perspective on what exceptional childcare really looks like.

Throughout my career, I've hired, mentored, and evaluated hundreds of childcare professionals. I know that finding the right nanny isn't just about experience or passing a background check. It's about identifying someone with the knowledge, instincts, and heart to nurture a child's growth while becoming a trusted extension of your family.

When it came time to find care for my own twins, I expected the process to reflect everything I knew about child development. Instead, I discovered that most nanny agencies focused almost exclusively on resumes and background checks, with very little attention to the developmental expertise that shapes a child's earliest years.

That experience inspired me to create Everly Nannies.
