Meet Cera Parrino

I’m Cera, and I believe Ohio families deserve better than generic nanny services.
After spending 21 years in early childhood education, I’ve seen what truly nurtures a child's development. I've also seen what doesn't work. I've worked as a nanny, teacher, preschool consultant, and more.
As a past educator coach and preschool director, I've hired and evaluated hundreds of professionals for that special mix that every parent is looking for.
When I started looking for childcare for my own family (twins!), I was shocked by how few nanny agencies actually understood child development. They focused on background checks, but missed the child development piece entirely. That's when I realized families needed something different.
