Typically 4-5 weeks from our initial consultation to placement. This includes time for thorough screening, educational evaluation, and proper matching. We don't rush the process because getting it right the first time is more important than getting it done quickly.

If the nanny isn't the right match for your family, we offer a replacement guarantee within the 90-days. Additionally, we provide 6 months of ongoing support to help with any adjustment issues. Our thorough matching process ensures most placements are successful.

Yes! With our Premium Babysitter Pool Membership, you get priority access to our exclusive network of vetted babysitters for $500/year or $45.00/month This covers date nights, emergencies, and flexible childcare needs. All babysitters undergo the same 23 point evaluation as our nannies.
