We’re committed to making sure your nanny placement is a great long-term fit. In the event that things don’t work out, we offer the following support for families who’ve hired their nanny through us:
Nanny Replacement Policy
We offer a one-time replacement guarantee that matches the length of your original agreement with your nanny—up to a maximum of 6 months.
If a replacement becomes necessary, we’ll begin a new search and present candidates for up to 30 days from the time we’re notified.
Please note: Replacement requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to use discretion in offering a replacement. We may not offer a replacement in situations involving:

A significantly altered job description or schedule,

Unsafe or unprofessional work environments,

Safety concerns or incidents of harassment,

A pattern of multiple short-term placements.
If a replacement is not secured within the 30-day window, families may choose to:

Conclude the search, or
-
Continue with an extended search by paying a new $500 enrollment fee to cover additional recruitment time.
Backup Care Benefit
As part of full time nanny placements, you’ll receive complimentary access to our Premium Sitter Pool for 1 year free—designed to support you when your regular nanny is unavailable.
